Trust should be inspectable.
We want important claims to be understandable in terms of evidence, limitations, and current proof state rather than collapsed into broad adjectives.
These states describe Widerloom's internal evidence model. They are not certifications, warranties, or contractual service levels.
How we think about proof
A design document can establish intent. A test can establish that something worked under specific conditions. Repeated operation, governance, monitoring, and fresh evidence are different levels of confidence. Widerloom is designed to preserve those distinctions.
Agency
Widerloom can structure evidence, surface options, prepare work, and make reasoning visible. People retain authority over consequential decisions unless a separate, explicit operating model says otherwise.
Privacy
Access should be purpose-bound. Data should be collected and retained because it serves a clear user need, not because it may become useful someday.
Commerce
Payment, fulfillment, support, receipts, refunds, and customer communication are treated as one journey. Checkout is designed to fail closed when required launch controls are not satisfied.
